To the complaint I made on Saturday about the pop-up over the last few minutes of nuWho.
"The 'Over the Rainbow' trail in 'Doctor Who' should not have played out on Saturday and we apologise to all 'Doctor Who' fans whose enjoyment of the show was disrupted. We recognise the strength of feeling that has been expressed and are taking steps to ensure that this mistake will not happen again."
We shall see.

They seem to be saying that the mistake was to use a pop-up on a Prime-Time programme watched by a lot bolshie people, rather than "Pop-ups are an anathema, and we shouldn't be using them on any programme, at any time."
