So here I've been talking....

...in that suavely matter-of-fact way I have, about putting music on Bandcamp, thinking everybody knew what Bandcamp was, and it turns out everybody doesn't. Sorry about that.
Bandcamp is a hosting site (or publishing platform) for music, used by such luminaries as Amanda Palmer and Talis Kimberley (so I'm in good company). You set up your domain and upload your tracks, cover art, PDF for lyrics and so on, and they deal with all the business end of things for what seems to me a reasonable 15% share of the revenue. The basic service is free--if the artist doesn't make money, then neither do they--and they don't hold any ownership rights to the music at all. So, if you go to http://zandernyrond.bandcamp.com, you will be able to buy and download FoHK (or either of the instrumental albums) or any of the individual tracks thereon, and download it in lots of different file formats, and the money goes straight to me via Paypal. Which is nice.
The full skinny (as they say these days) can be found here. So far the only downside I've found is that WAV files take ages to upload and you need a really reliable connection...but that's just incentive to get it right the first time.
