avevale_intelligencerAs a result of getting a Dreamwidth account, which I've still not used and am not sure if I ever will, I have two count them two invitation codes, if anyone would like them. Comment here and I will send. EDIT: now both taken.
The account name is avevale_intelligencer, and if I do post to it it will probably be stuff appropriate to that name, but that bit of me is busy on the two Lulu projects at the moment.
In that connection, if anyone knows a good and reasonably accessible source of information on San Francisco in 1911-12, Angel Island, the Chinese slave girl case or related matters (I have plumbed the depths of Google already and still feel woefully underqualified to write even a slight and ephemeral short story about it) I'd be grateful.
