If a popular phrase or saying passes into management-speak, does that make it a buzz-saw?

Yes...

In co-opting popular phrases from diverse cultures business management negates the capacity of that culture to mobilise sentiments against the discontents of capitalism. Business management gazes at the diversity of cultures seeking opportunities to exploit, markets to be grown, money to be made. Business managers are the hyena's of our age, they feed on the dead carcass of genocide, vying with each other over the scraps of a global beast, yelping and snapping at an opportunity to strip us all of what's left of human dignity.

Ouch.

And if you emailed it to 10 of your friends, and told them to email it to 10 of their friends, would it be a buzz-chain-saw?
