That post from Greydragon in the Uru Live forum that I quoted? Is gone. At least one recent thread asking why it's gone? Also gone. No hint from Cyan or Gametap as to why.

Cyan build beautiful worlds, set fiendish but soluble puzzles and came up with a wonderful concept in the D'niverse. As far as customer relations are concerned...they're either completely and unrepentantly inept, or working under an awful lot of legal constraints.

Frod it. I'm going to carry on believing till someone from Cyan tells me in words that there's no hope.

My personal suspicion is "working under an awful lot of legal constraints," with a side order of "completely and unrepentantly inept" on the part of GameTap, who are probably imposing the legal constraints...
