Quest reworked

He still looks a bit like a Ken doll, but hopefully less so. I'm limited by the resources I have, which are mostly quite old; 3D models are a frivolity I can't afford now, so the latest whizzy figures that practically ask you what their motivation is are beyond my reach. :) Anyway, he's supposed to have been idealised to start with.

And at least he doesn't look anything like Kevin Sorbo.:)

Presumably taken *before* the Long Nap (*hush* spoilers ...). But I recognise the background -- those were the steps up to the Recreation Deck. Nasty sharpp edges, too -- nearly skinned my knee on 'em a couple of times.

Anyway, yes - still Ken-like, but less so. His left shoulder is wrong, by the way - larger than the right. Also, the gold-ish patch over the shoulder is larger than on the right side, and has a seam, which it doesn't on the right. I don't know if that's deliberate, but it looks a little weird.

Sorry for all the criticism, when actually I'm rather impressed - I've no idea where to even begin with this sort of thing.

The shoulder guards are indeed supposed to be that way; don't ask me why. As for the untrustworthiness, that wasn't what I was aiming for, but if it's come out that way there must be a reason. Ah well. We learn by doing.

I would not want to be alone in a room with that. You can take the fact that it provokes an immediate alarm response as a compliment to your modelling skills.

You're a bloke... get t'other half to take a look. My immediate feeling is that I would expect sexual harassment (at best), and don't feel confident in my ability to fight it off. I don't usually go around labelling myself as a victim, so I'm a little surprised at how strongly I reacted to the image.

I've realised what the problem is. That's not Quest at all, it's...someone else. (Spoilers, as they say.) Thank you, Dicky and Jane, for pointing it out.
