I love Magersfontein Lugg! Probably my favorite character in her books. I reread some of them recently (hmm, for some value of 'recent').
She's the only 'detective' type writer I still reread. Ah, it's characters again, my choices are very character driven, rather than plot (particularly with things involving a 'mystery', if I've read it before then I know the answer so that loses its interest but the characters still stay interesting).
