avevale_intelligencerzander At nyrond DOT co DOT uk has been compromised, I think. I just got two hundred and eighty-seven messages, mostly undelivered mail notices relating to a piece of spam. I don't know what's caused it, but apologies to anyone who has been troubled.
This of course when we are on the verge of ditching the blueyonder account and going over to Sky. Sometimes I hate my life.
I have told Thunderbird not to collect messages from the compromised @ddress till further notice. Suggestions, in small words for the hard of thinking, as to what if anything I can do to stop this would be welcome.
