Kniva Book 2 is out!

EDIT: to clarify. Kniva book two was supposed to be out on Friday, giving you an extra three days to take advantage of Lulu's discount offer as described above. Since your humble servant was late putting it up, you only have today to use that offer.
But never fear, because if you miss it today, we will apply the same discount (20%) from tomorrow till the end of Thursday, to both currently available volumes in the Kniva series. That seems fair.
Kniva book 2. It goes so well with Kniva book 1. (Note: the management do not recommend using them as earrings, no matter how naked you feel.)
