The Countess's Daisy player from the RNIB will play some mp3 CDs and not others, with no indication as to why and no discernible difference as to type of disc, type of file, or anything I can find. The discs play perfectly in her computer, but...
The speakers connected to the Countess's computer will not work with said computer. They work fine connected to anything else, and headphones plugged into the same socket work fine with the computer.
The network drive I connected to the Countess's computer is no longer recognised by said computer, even though nothing has changed.
I am SO BLOODY FED UP with computer bloody voodoo and the complete lack of LOGIC in it. Although since computers apparently depend on quantum bloody theory to work, I shouldn't be surprised.
Gaaaahhh. Going out to buy a black cockerel.
