What I learned from LJ today

I am hideously wrong in my assertions that kings and princes are human beings, and that there is no functional difference, when they are not cosying up to you to get your vote, between the members of one kind of ruling elite and the members of another.

I am deeply and grievously wronging the people who talk about "wank." They aren't being abusive at all, it's all just friendly banter.

NuWho is the greatest thing since sliced bread and anyone who says differently is a washed-up old fart.

Everyone's perfectly happy with George Bush and his administration: why wouldn't they be? Anyway, it's not worth the bother of trying to get him out of office before his term ends at the end of next year. What can he do in the meantime?

I'd like to do the lyrics meme, but no-one would recognise any songs I might know. The people who've actually heard of my all-time favourite film have no desire to see it.

I'll probably feel better tomorrow, but for now, I'm going to have a lie down.
