It's all filkerdave's fault, I tell you. He linked to a Questionable Content strip, and I innocently followed the link, and now I'm hopelessly hooked. Were I one of the characters in the strip (which as you will see is very nicely drawn and cleverly written) and also, you know, not three thousand miles away, I would pummel him unmercifully in retribution for the time I've spent flicking feverishly from episode to episode (there are eight hundred of the things, and you can see the drawing technique improving as they go along) trying to get caught up on all the backstories.

Since I am a non-pummelling kind of person, my only recourse is to spread the addiction still further. The more people read this thing, as I understand it, the less cool it will become, till it finally sinks to the level of Garfield and such like. Popularisation, the revenge of the terminally unhip. Nyahahahaha.

I've definitely been reading this thing too long.
