My last 64-bit Windows 10 update was installed on March 22, but the update schedule for 32-bit Windows 10 is different.
When I go to Settings -> Update & security -> Advanced options -> View your update history, it says I can uninstall updates, but I have never attempted this.
I believe that Windows 10 will download and install updates automatically unless you tell it you have a "metered connection". This only works if you connect wirelessly. If you connect through an ethernet cable, Windows 10 doesn't give you this option.
