A passing fancy

I've been reading a lot of my own writing, lately. I'd quite like a change.

Any of my writerly friends fancy doing me a drabble?

Have a picture:

This is something I just knocked up in DAZ Studio. I'd be interested to see what you might think led up to this obviously tense moment, or perhaps what happened next. I'm not promising prizes or anything--it's just a passing fancy, as the title of the post says, and if no-one responds at all I promise not to go into a decline. :)

But if you feel like it, by all means have a go.

No? Ah well, maybe not.

A story, yes. But a drabble is too difficult!

I can't do anything at weekends - but remind me on Monday and I will have a go!

No-one was sure of what to say. Michael felt that Jessamine was far too credulous; she said he was a "cold-hearted bastard who wouldn't know psychic phenomena from a hole in the ground." Lauren refrained from observing that, in essence, the Well *was* a hole in the ground. All of them had felt the wind, but while Michael put it down to “differential pressure in a subterranean chamber”, Jess had insisted it was a Manifestation. Lauren, caught, as it were, between the two, just asked them to calm down.
It was then that they all heard the words: “Time IS.”
