Found by osewalrus. The song is "Space Girl," written by Ewan McColl and (I think) performed by The Imagined Village, though I may be wrong on that last one.

Oooooh yes! The lady who created this is actually on LJ-- charmax is an excellent vidder, my favourite one, really, and she provides high quality downloads ofthe videos on her journal as well.

She does the most lovely fanvids, and this one here is quite recent and already one of my favourites. (If you go tothe appropriate LJ entry on her journal you'll see heaps of German people getting excited over the usage of clips from Raumpatrouille Orion in this video :-))

Yup, is clearly Imagined Village, with Eliza Carthy on vocals.
