Displaced anger warning

The EverCRAPest situation continues, and my buffers are pretty much full. Apologies to anyone whom I may offend; I'm not actually shouting at you, but at The Worst Bloody Double Glazing Company In The WORLD.

I have formally requested our money back, on top of the job being completed. I think that's the least they owe us.

I would suggest contacting Trading Standards if they have failed to deliver either in the time specified in the contract (including a verbal agreement) or in producing something that is up to spec. I'm not saying TS will do anything other than log your call, but it might give you a bit more leverage.

I really wish there was something I could do to help, if only make you a cup of tea and a supply of biccies.

OMG what have they (not) done now?

Trading Standards, "Watchdog" (if it's still runnning), "You and Yours" on Radio 4, and your local press....

So sorry you and the Countess are having to put up with such awfulness.
