Let's face it, he's not going to get Obama impeached any more than he did Bush. He's not doing it because he has a hope of success; he's doing it for the principle of the thing.

And I don't think one impeaches former presidents--at that point they basically go back to being citizens who can be tried in the ordinary way, don't they?
