Yeah, the one thing about Kucinich is that he's consistent when it comes to not putting up with Presidents not waiting for approval from Congress to go to war like it says in the Constitution.

That said, if I recall correctly from spending far too much time on ontd_political, an American president hasn't gotten Congressional approval to go to war since WWII, so he's going to be awfully busy punishing former presidents for that.
