My dad had the flu jab but he came down with the nasty bug that's going around, we've all had it too, rest, warmth and lots of liquids is about the only thing (so well done on all that painting and shifting feeling so icky), everyone seems to be going down with it, takes at least a week depending on how active you are at the time...
