It probably also helps if one pronounces 'freug' in the German way, as I did automatically (I'm not sure of the French pronunciation, it may be the same). But I still didn't see where it was going until right at the end ("legless"), which makes it a very good short story in the British sense, not only short but with a twist in the tail. "It's how you tell 'em!" *hugs*
